話說今天特別跑去桃園校上LEO老師的課,很喜歡他的教學風格,
雖然偏難一點點,需要課前預習,但能學到東西就不浪費我大老遠跑去桃園上課,
LEO很會盯我們發音的部分,一堂課總被他刁個兩三次!!害我有點小挫折,
深深覺得發音是最難學的,單字可以多背,文法可以多練習,發音?!多聽多唸,但還是很難擺脫台灣腔!
anyway,加油吧!!

接著想推薦一個學習英文的網站,叫FUNDAY,線上學習英文的平台,價格也不貴,
裡面的教材很豐富,除了常常更新內容之外,多益例句也很多,另外也有生活對話,商用英文,最優的是每篇教材都是真人發音,念的速度也可以選擇快慢,再來他裡面有個叫做 [語感練習] 的功能,可以帶你好好的聽清楚並重複練習發音!!

How Much Does it Take to Buy Uninhabited Islands in Japan?

Have you ever fantasized about having an island of your own? 
When an uninhibited island was auctioned off in Japan last December, they actually received more than 100 letters of inquiry within a month! The fact of the matter is that it seems like a fair amount of people dream of owning islands. There is even a real estate company which specializes in uninhabited islands in Osaka. Their website introduces Katashima in Yamaguchi Prefecture (20 million Yen), Hisakashima of Hiroshima Prefecture (67 million Yen), and Marushima in Mie Prefecture (40 million Yen) and other uninhabited islands.In addition, if one inquires about conditions in other nations, there are also islands in Canada which can be purchased for merely 6 to 10 million Yen. Looks like it's not really that much of an unachievable dream for one to become the owner of an island!  However, as the islands sold are almost always owned by private citizens, it is very difficult to get loans. Apart from this, the most important thing to remember is the enormous cost of basic living facilities such as running water, electricity, and water purification equipment.
